First I do not download ANYTHING WHATSOEVER from Filedot.

The screenshot (If you can read Jack-Charlie) says that I am BLOCKED.

Which Jack-Charlie I obey. 

Because Jack-Charlie I would believe a multimillion dollar company over you a spammer, who,  to earn a few dollars is spamming, cross posting to 23 UseNet groups.

And Charlie-Jack,  saying I am putting viruses in my pings to you ?

I wonder Is this to stop others from reading them ?  

And again there is NO Jack and Charlie there is just the one and only dirty rotten spammer

 Who is going to believe a person who in his statement letter of innocence pretends to be two different people  ?

I  think very  few, as you come across as not very creditable
